Refund and Cancellation Policy
New members have 30 days from the date of purchase, to ask a refund of 100% of the purchase price. Existent recurring billings will be automatically deleted. In case a Corona Edu license is assigned, 79 EUR will be deducted from the refund amount.

Educational Support
Our support services are specifically designed to assist with inquiries and issues related to the educational content we have developed.
However, for technical issues concerning software functionality or malfunctions, users should directly contact the respective software developers for assistance: Chaos for Corona (email: support@chaos.com), and Autodesk for 3ds Max (webpage: https://www.autodesk.com/support)

By registering, the user accepts the current offer
1) By registering, the user accepts the offer presented at the time of registration. Any future changes or addition of new content not contemplated at the time of the offer, cannot be applied retrospectively and totally free of charge. In case, please contact support to get a customized offer.
2) If the offer includes third party software, for example the Corona Edu license, extra charges may apply if the user does not immediately redeem their license and in the meantime the manufacturer (Chaos Software EOOD) changes its resale price.

Renew Policy
The renewal is solely intended on the services offered by Realistic Interiors. All services offered by third parties, such as Edu licenses from other companies (Chaos Czech), are never included in the renewal cost, unless specifically indicated.

Copyright Notice
All the files inside are tracked. Finding on of these files shared on the web, could cause an immediate ban of the user involved.
Copyright and other relevant intellectual property rights exists on all text relating to the Company’s services and the full content of this website.

We will only use the information you left on the website for:
Contacting members in order to reply to their inquiry or give them updates regarding new services available on the web site or give updates on our activities
Monitoring Site performance in order to make improvements for our customers;

Servers Uptime Guaratee
We offer a Service uptime guarantee of 95 % (“Service Uptime Guarantee”) of available time per month. If we fail to maintain this Service Uptime Guarantee in a particular month (as solely determined by us), you may contact us and request a credit of 1 day for any day of service you have lost for that month. The Service Uptime Guarantee does not apply to service interruptions caused by scheduled maintenance or repairs, interruptions caused your internet accessibility or the installation of third-party applications on your machine.
